FAQ

How far in advance?

As soon as you have your dates and size of group confirmed, call or e-mail the resort; the earlier the better for first choice.  However, DO NOT HESITATE to call at the last minute because there may have been a late cancellation.  If we  have no openings, we make an effort to give referrals to other resorts.

Deposit Requirements?

For one and two-room cottages, deposit is $100/wk
For all size deluxe cottages, deposit is $150/wk
For Bass Boat or Pontoon Rental, deposit it $50/wk

If stays are less than four days, ask about other minimum deposits.

You may make your deposit by credit card or send a check or money order. NO reservation will be held for more than ONE WEEK without deposit unless arrangements and approval have been given at the time of reservation. If your reservation is for less than two weeks away, you will need a credit card to make a deposit.

Confirmation of Reservation?

If time permits, you will be sent a confirmation card.  Please check the confirmation card for correct dates, amounts, and other information.  Inform the resort of any discrepancies.

Balance Due?

Balance due is expected upon arrival. Balance may be made in cash, traveler checks, personal check, or credit card.  You are responsible for the payment of the time reserved even if you find it necessary to leave early.

Credit Card Policy?

Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted.  You are NOT CHARGED EXTRA for using a credit card.  We do request you pay for fishing licenses and purchases under $20 with cash. If a purchase or deposit was made by credit card, refunds must be made with a valid date credit card.

Cancellation Policy?

For full refund, you must notify us within six weeks in advance of the date of reservation. If you cancel less than six weeks in advance of the reservation, a refund is made only if the days reserved can be filled.  No refund is made for early departures.

Do we offer any specials?

You will find that the cost of vacationing in Arkansas is generally reasonable. We do offer discounted Spring and Fall Rates, which you can find on the Rates page. During the spring and fall, we may have some additional specials.  If interested you can ask whether any specials are available for the time in which you want to come.
