Cottages & Dock

With the rental of each cottage, you are provided with one free boat slip or a free fishing boat. There are motor rentals and other equipment rentals available.  We can also arrange fishing guide services.

Tall Timbers Resort also has excellent outdoor recreation for the children and adults. Descriptions and pictures of these can be found in other parts of the Web site.

Tall Timbers Resort's Cottages

The cottages at Tall Timbers Resort are individual units and are kept extremely clean. Friendly southern hospitality and the cleanliness of the cottages keep customers happy and returning often to this resort.

Our quality cottages come in various sizes at very affordable rates.  Most cottages have open or covered decks. Each cottage has its own outdoor grill and picnic table. Everything is provided for the kitchen including pans, utensils, dishes, toaster, coffee maker with filters, microwave, kitchen towels, and liquid dish soap.

The smaller cottages have shower baths, while the larger units have tub-shower combinations. All bath towels, toilet tissue, and guest-size bar soap are furnished, however you should bring your own beach towels.  The cottages are air-conditioned and heated and each has at least one ceiling fan.  All the cottages have remote controlled color TV sets, 19-27 inches, with excellent reception.

      

        
Cottage #2 was enlarged from 2 bedrooms to 3 bedrooms in the fall of 1998.
Also a large deck porch was added.

The resort's boat dock is one of the finest on Bull Shoals Lake. It is covered, lighted, and each stall has an electrical outlet. The stalls are well-padded to protect your equipment. If you bring your own boat, you are allowed one free boat slip with each cottage rental.  If you don't have a boat, no need to worry, Tall Timbers will provide you with a 14' fishing boat.

A concrete stairway leads to the dock.

The dock and cove can be seen from all the cottages and is a short walking distance away. There is a lit concrete stairway with a handrail for your convenience.  Since Tall Timbers' dock is tucked into a protected cove, you need not worry about the wind or boat traffic. For your added convenience, there is a boat ramp just a few hundred feet from the resort.
